Top 5 Super Bowl Ads 2025
The Philadelphia Eagles’ victory may have been the most entertaining aspect of yesterday’s 59th Super Bowl game for some, but for others, the commercial breaks in between the tough game was what made the night special.
Here at Socialnomics, our team has collected our top five favorite Super Bowl commercials that aired yesterday. Our picks feature humorous pieces, symbolism, creative production, and inspiring messages.
While there were many popular ads, we ranked these as the most memorable and impactful below:
#5 – Rocket Mortgage
Rocket Mortgage truly displayed their support of people’s dreams to own a house and spend time with family and friends. This ad starts with a pregnant woman looking at her belly and saying, “Let’s get you home.” A colorful montage of children playing in the backyard, a couple painting their walls, a group of friends celebrating, and members of the military on their way back to their families remind the audience of what homeownership is about.
As the commercial goes on, the song gets louder and more proud, as the characters remember their dream of owning a house. We think this ad deserves a top ranking spot because of its special message at the end: “Everyone deserves their shot at the American Dream.”
#4 – Booking.com
This Booking.com commercial uses a collaboration with the cast of the Muppets to show how easy it is to book a vacation that satisfies many preferences. In the first scene, Kermit the Frog is playing the banjo on the beach, with a frustrated Miss Piggy laying on the sand. When Miss Piggy gets the luxury hotel she wants, a family complains that their hotel is not family friendly. They are immediately satisfied with a resort with a fun waterpark. A bridal party wants the opposite and is happy with a Vegas hotel.
Statler and Waldorf make an appearance at the end to show how easy it is to cancel a trip with their website. We think that this funny and wholesome ad was a great break in the Super Bowl.
#3 – Little Caesars
The infamous pizza company that everyone loves and has created yet another great Super Bowl commercial. Featuring Eugene Levy and his very bushy eyebrows, Little Caesars shows the appropriate reaction to biting into a Crazy Puff pizza bite. Levy’s eyebrows take flight with just one bite, and humorous scenes of them hitting a runner, landing on a baby, and caterpillars thinking they’re the same species make the commercial so memorable.
We love how the simple yet hilarious visual of eyebrows raising and flying around after a good meal can be so entertaining for Super Bowl audiences.
#2 – Coffee Mate
Coffee Mate’s first ever Super Bowl ad has shocked audiences and left people laughing and somewhat disturbed. The commercial starts with a man putting whipped cold foam on his drink and taking a sip, with his pupils dilating like an animated character. He launches his head back and the whole room turns into a disco dance party, his tongue being in the center of the dance circle.
At the end of the ad, his spectating friend joins him in spraying the cold foam in his mouth. Our team thinks that this commercial most interestingly sold the idea of cold foam. With its humorous and creative production, this ad was sure to capture the attention from family and friends yesterday.
#1 – Pfizer
The biopharmaceutical company created this ad to depict cancer as a battle, one that is harder to win for some. A young boy who is sick in a hospital bed watches a boxing match on TV and gets inspired to start fighting for himself. When he jumps out of bed in full boxing attire and rings a bell three times, the song “Mama Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J starts playing to signify his victory.
He confidently walks out of the hospital and is cheered on by his doctors and nurses. By the time he gets to the street, a large crowd of people have formed a parade for him. Most importantly, his family was waiting for him outside the front door, ready to embrace him. The commercial ends with a strong message: “Pfizer is fighting for 8 cancer breakthroughs by 2030.”
We think that this inspiring story about the fight against cancer was well-produced and gave attention to children that are struggling.
Overall
These ads and many more were a highlight in yesterday’s intense game. Although it was hard to choose just five of our favorites, we believe that these ads had the most creative aspects and meaningful production.
We look forward to next year’s Super Bowl for a whole new round of amazing commercials!
