Top Topics of the First Presidential Debate
Last night, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump went head to head in the first Presidential debate. Trump had the sniffles and Hillary was calling the fact checkers for help. Topics that were talked about included the economy, job creation, securing America, climate change, race issues, guns, foreign affairs and much more. It was a heated hour and a half to say the least. What might’ve been more fun than watching the debate itself was watching what was being said on Twitter. Here are the three topics that dominated the conversation:
- Trump saying he has “good temperament”
- Trump’s comments on stop and frisk
- Trump and Hillary’s plan for defeating ISIS
This was only one out of three so we will see what is to come on October 9th. (Source: Mashable)
Free Wi-Fi Across the World with Google Station
Last year, Google began providing wi-fi to millions of people across railroad stations in India. With great success on that front, Google has decided they want to expand this across the world. Google Station wants to partner up with malls, phone carriers, companies and anywhere you can think of to provide accessible, secure wi-fi hotspots for everyone. There are currently 52 Google Stations which allow 15,000 people access to the Internet for the first time everyday. Google Station hopes to expand to 100 stations this year. Wi-fi for all! Sibling Rivalry
Last night when everyone was tweeting about #debates, the Kardashian’s were arguing. Rob Kardashian took some Twitter attention away from Trump & Hillary when he tweeted the phone number of younger sister, Kylie Jenner.
According to another Twitter user, the phone number shared by Rob was connected to two Instagram accounts, one of them being Kylie. Not cool, Rob. It’s safe to say if this really was her number, it no longer is. (Source: Mashable)
