Amazon’s ‘Echo Look’
If you’re ever unsure about your outfit, you now have a way of getting an expert opinion. Amazon’s Echo Look is a camera/style assistant that helps catalog your outfits by using algorithms with advice from fashion specialists. You can take photos and videos of your outfits to receive the advice. It will also work with a companion app that has a Style Check feature to compare two outfits and rate which is better. Imagine a mirror talking to you and telling you that you look like a beached whale in that jacket. Alexa, Alexa on the wall who is the fairest of them all? (Source: The Verge)
Google Trips Gets An Update
Google’s travel app Trips just got an upgrade. The app will now automatically pull in bus and train tickets that have been sent to your Gmail account to make your travel plans more organized and comprehensive. The other new feature allows users to share travel information with others, so everyone you’re traveling with gets a glimpse at your plans.
