iHeartRadio’s New Streaming Options Gives Users More Freedom
In an already stacked playing field of on-demand music streaming markets, iHeartRadio just announced something different.. The company’s recently developed streaming services, iHeartRadio Plus and iHeartRadio All Access will give users on-demand listening into radio stations. Through these options, users will be able to listen to traditional stations or custom created stations. The thing that is different though is that iHeartRadio will give you the option to put songs on repeat and then return to the radio station. Hence you can select Adele’s “Hello” and have it play as many times as you like or until your boyfriend can’t take it any more. With a beta version launching this week, these new options will be available to users in January, with a free 30-day trial. So for all you listeners out there who are frustrated by not having the freedom of choosing your own songs on streaming radio services, fear not. Your salvation is arriving soon. (Source: Mashable)
Facebook Becoming Gaming Arcade
Facebook Messenger is encouraging some friendly competition while waiting for your friend to reply. Earlier this week, Messenger opened their app to game developers to provide users with games such as Pac-Man, Words With Friends, Galaga, and Space Invaders. Starting a game is easy, simply open a new message and tap on the game controller which can be found underneath the text bar. Once you finish your game, your score will appear in the message thread so you can show off how good (or bad) you are at Pac-Man. Munch, munch, munch.. (Source: Time)
