Cyber Monday Is In Action
Today is online shoppers favorite holiday, Cyber Monday. With a quick browse through the Internet and email, the deals are stellar. But people did not wait until Cyber Monday to get their shop on. According to Adobe Digital Insights, by 5 pm on Thanksgiving Day shoppers had already spent $1.35 billion. Seems like people were more interested in TVs and laptops than mashed potatoes and apple pie. The trend of spending Thanksgiving waiting in line is dropping as online sales are increasing. The most popular tech items this year were iPads, Xbox consoles, and Samsung 4k TVs. (Source: Mashable)
Apple Has 10 Prototypes
Rumors about the iPhone 8 have started flying but Apple doesn’t even know what it is going to look like yet. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple is testing more than 10 prototypes of the iPhone 8. Some are saying that a curved screen which has a greater resolution than the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Another rumor is that the iPhone 8 could have a top tier version with an OLED version that could come at a higher price point. Apple is aiming to get their 10 prototypes down to two or three models by the launch time next year. (Source: Mashable)
