On August 17, JetBlue presented Maribel Martinez with the wrong child, after arriving at the Kennedy Airport to pick up her son. The child presented to her was supposed to be sent to Boston, which is where her son, Andy, was sent instead. So, how do you mistake two children for one another? When the unaccompanied minors boarded the airplane in the Dominican Republic, the other child was said to be carrying Andy’s passport. On the plus side, both children boarded a plane safely, however; it wasn’t the correct plane. (Source: Mashable)
Samsung Creates Exploding Phones
Have you ever wanted a phone that could do it all, including catching fire and exploding? Well Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 can do just that. Samsung announced today, that they have decided to recall their new Galaxy Note 7, after discovering the batteries catch fire or explode. Instagram Update
You know that feeling of dread when non-Instagram users accidentally double taps a photo on Instagram as they’re trying to zoom in? Well Instagram is fixing that by adding a zoom feature to their iOS app. The update launched today, and allows users to pinch-to-zoom to get a better view on Instagram’s small photos. This feature will also apply to photos within their feed, on profiles and in the Explore tab. But, wait there’s more! You can also zoom in on videos. Thank you Instagram. (Source: MacRumors)
