Pokemon Go Cracks Down on Cheaters
If you’ve considered cheating on Pokemon Go, think again. Ninantic, the game maker of Pokemon Go is cracking down on those cheating on the game and banning them forever. Yikes. There go your chances to catch them all. Ninantic is saying if you violate the Terms of Service (you know the ones you agreed to but never read) then you are getting the boot. Some violations include GPS spoofing, using bots, and messing with the software. Reddit users are wondering how Ninantic is discovering those doing these things. I guess this is a little more serious of a cheat than the Konami Code – which our readers know is up, up, down, down left, right, left, right, B, A, Start. (Source: The Verge)
Tim Cook Interview Summed Up
An interview that Tim Cook did with The Washington Post is being chatted about around the web. The interview was 10,000 words, so tl;dr (too long; didn’t read) as the kids are saying. We’re giving you a super high level summary on what Cook talked about. The interview was basically Cook summing up the past 5 years he has ran Apple. Basically the company now has more employees, has more iPhone choices, launched a watch, are seeing where health and fitness can take them, and talked about how they care about the environment. If you want to read the whole interview, check it out here. (Source: The Verge)
Olympian Turns Into Meme
With the Olympics come some great memes. Four years ago we had the McKayla Maroney unimpressed face, this year we’ve had the Michael Phelps face, and now we have Usain Bolt running. The photo of Bolt captured in the men’s 100 meter semi-final shows just how fast he is and describes how fast people want to run away from things. Twitter is having a field day with this one. See a few of these memes below and there is this classic video of Bolt getting crushed by a Segway. (Source: Time)
