Uber Lowers Grace Period
You better make sure you’re packed and ready, because Uber isn’t playing around. The cab like service will now be giving passengers only two minutes to get into the car before they begin getting charged for the ride. Before, passengers were allotted afive minute grace period in which they weren’t charged and drivers simply waited for them. Drivers can cancel the ride if you’re not there within the five minutes and you’ll be hit with a cancellation fee. This tweak has already been in place for UberPool and is being tested in the lucky cities of Phoenix, N.Y.C, and Dallas, TX. This new feature should be called Uber Time Management. (Source: MSN)

They’re responsible for blockbusters like Despicable Me and Minions. The acquisition will make DreamWorks CEO, Jeffrey Katzenberg, the Chairman of what will be called DreamWorks New Media, which will continue to operate YouTube networks AwesomenessTV and NOVA. Let the cinematic masterpieces continue. (Source: TechCrunch)

OR at least that’s what Instagram has been thinking. The social media site has been criticized by haters for not jumping on the updating bandwagon, but things are a changin as they say in the old west. The new design features a simple black & white scheme to appear much more modern. Instagram is currently testing the new layout with a small group of people so we can’t say when this contemporary Insta will be unveiled. (Source: MSN)
